Launch Your Business on Your Terms

The Benefits of the Sole Proprietor vs. LLC and How to Get Started
Empowering Sole Proprietors, Consultants, Contractors, Freelancers, and Gig-Workers to Thrive As An Unincorporated Businesses with Massive Exemptions

Benefits In a Nutshell

Gig Launch Academy is unveiling a unique business opportunity for Sole Proprietors—a path that has remained hidden because it's easy to maintain and it doesn't make CPAs, attorneys, or governments rich off of your labor.  It's also known as a private business.

The term “Gig” signifies a sole proprietor or entrepreneur operating in a private capacity, granting you the same exemptions as a living man or woman acting outside the incorporated system.

Embrace the concept of “uncorporation” as a business model that's not only easy but allows for exemptions you may not be aware of.  You can take them or just prepare for them but they are yours, regardless.

By unincorporating, you can:

  • Eliminate Federal Income Taxes (if you receive Federal funds or operate with a license this may not be an option)

  • Access exclusive opportunities in international trade

  • Maintain a level of privacy that LLCs and corporations cannot offer

And that’s just the beginning.

At Gig Launch Academy, we don’t stop at theory. Our mission is to provide clear, actionable steps and real-world strategies to help you effectively implement unincorporation. You’ll learn how to operate confidently outside the traditional incorporated framework, keeping ownership and control over your private business.

Not all businesses are the same—understanding your options is critical to protecting what you’ve built.

But, You are Told the Safe Bet is the LLC?

You be the judge.

For years, conventional wisdom has dictated that establishing a business necessitates adopting a corporate or LLC structure, a notion often accepted without question. We dutifully file the necessary paperwork, pay the requisite fees, and comply with tax obligations.

However, what's frequently overlooked are the substantial risks and drawbacks inherent in traditional business structures like corporations and LLCs. These risks extend to personal assets, property, privacy, and financial security.

What often goes unmentioned is the existence of an alternative approach to conducting business—one that offers greater flexibility and simplicity without the need for government registration, fees, or the financial burdens associated with traditional corporate or LLC registration. Government officials and many legal experts may not be inclined to promote these alternative business models, as their knowledge and incentives are often confined to the conventional framework - wouldn't make them money. Plus, their expertise is limited to their jurisdiction and boundaries in their own framework. Talking with an attorney or a CPA about being an exempt American leaves them starry eyed because attorneys and CPAs can only go so far with deductions.  They are required to pay taxes as incorporated U.S. Citizens and do not get the full birthrights of the American. Plus, why would they share benefits that put them out of business?  They lose money by not having you in their world needing their services.

You get to make the decisions on how you wish to operate your business.  You can make this decision from the start or transition later on.

Why Choose Unincorporated?

As a gig worker, you're already running your own business. But did you know that by keeping your business unincorporated, you can also:

  • Bypass State Fees: Avoid costly franchise fees, state taxes, and agency regulations that apply to incorporated businesses.

  • Operate with Autonomy: Free yourself from the heavy regulations and corporate oversight, giving you more control over your business.

  • Restructure and Reconvey from LLC & S-Corp to sole proprietor:  For those who are LLCs you too can do this by transitioning your business.  Have employees?  Let's talk about options.
