Learn What I Did to Get Out of a Failing U.S. System — and Why It Changed Everything

First off?  Personal satisfaction for being bold and brave and doing something new just for me. I was the first person I knew who had the guts to actually do it—to correct my standing and stop letting assumptions define my status. I moved first. And I’m glad I did. I'll start with just a few things I've been able to do that I couldn't do as a U.S Citizen.

I Started Keeping More of What I Earned

Once I understood how to lawfully operate as an American—not a federal franchise—I immediately started keeping more money. I learned how to properly apply tax exemptions that I was never taught about. I learned that millions of people have been doing this all along but keeping it quiet and keeping the goods from me. But, now I know how to do it and can walk through why I can do it.
 

I Opened a Private International Bank Account

Using my State National paperwork, I opened an account with a private international bank—one that operates on the land and soil, not under admiralty. It doesn’t steal from me or treat me like corporate property.  No IRS, No taxes, No Bail-ins or Bail-outs, No account seizures.

And yes— we do have something owed to each of us.  A lot of it! I began receiving gold-backed currency every month because I discovered it had been owed to me all along.

I Got a Passport Without Calling Myself a U.S. Citizen

For the first time ever, I was able to check “No” to the question about being a U.S. Citizen on a passport application. Some people say this puts you on a “Do Not Detain” list—I can’t confirm that, because I haven’t had a reason to test it.

 

But what I can tell you is this:
It gave me another piece of evidence on the record that I’ve chosen to operate as a living, unincorporated American—not a corporate fiction. And it worked.

I Started a Business—Without an LLC

I left behind the corporate world—and the tax traps that come with it.
Instead of forming an LLC, I started an Unincorporated American Business on the land and soil jurisdiction. I learned that in contract law, if you contract into a system, you’re stuck. So I didn’t want to be stuck in contracts and obligations I didn't need to have. And I ended up making more money than I did as a corporate executive.

I Reconveyed the Deed to My Home

I didn’t stop at paperwork. I took action. I reconveyed the deed to my home—from admiralty back to the land and soil. I went to the county clerk’s office, filed all the paperwork, and had zero resistance. Then I put a lien on my own home. Why? Because I didn’t want tax lien investors, hospitals, attorneys, or anyone else to stake a claim against my private property.
That’s happening everywhere—most people don’t even know until they try to sell and realize someone else already has some sort of weird ownership stake in their home.  Yeah, that is legal.  And yet people are worried about becoming a State National? Don't get me started....

I Learned the Private Administrative Process

This is where it got serious. I began using the Private Administrative Process—the proper notice system in contract and commercial law. You send three notices. You stay in honor. You put the so-called "creditor" in dishonor—lawfully. It's a chess game. Not a fight.

When I did it right, I started removing debt. A lot of it. Because in commercial law, silence or the wrong response equals default. And default = my remedy.

I Completed a Lineage Treaty Claim

This is where I got to go back into history and learn about my own lineage.  I learned how long my family was tied into America, from its inception.  I don't help with this but will give you a free template.  It's something you can publish onto the public record and it stands as evidence, again, for your standing.  It's a beautiful part of your history.  If you were born in another country then do it for yourself and your children.  Don't let your history be nothing.
